"leadership is like running a cemetery - there are a lot of people under you, but no one is really listening"

I came across that phrase in a joke book today
It's humorous, but sadly there is some truth behind the statement.

Paul wrote in Corinthians, 'Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ'

A leader with no followers is no leader at all.
A leader must lead people by examples.
But to lead, the leader himself must first be a follower.
Hence, a leader is a follower whom others can follow.

Therefore, I is gonna strive to become a leader with good examples :)
