Christian Charity Concert 2007
i was blessed with a free ticket to the charity concert from aunty may yesterday =D
i went to ACS today around 6:30pm. met barnaby, joshua, alvin and some more others outside the building. oh yeah, i met adrian too ^^ i think he came with his sis, yeah
the boys waited outside with barnaby for his FRIEND. it was really cold outside though and we couldn't wait to go in.
inside, there were rows of chair spread out. i thought it was weird because i've never been to a
concert where people sat on chairs ^^' anyway, i saw many more of my friends inside and everyone was trying to find a place to sit. lol. most of us ended up sitting on the floor, right in front of the stage XD
the first few songs were played and sung by a band, consisting of 10 people from all over sarawak. i reconised few of the band members and felt this childish pride rising in me x.x lol. think the band's name was 'endurance' or 'endures'...something like that. im not too sure. couldn't hear the MC clearly ^^
evenstarr performed next and it was great. some of the people in front (including me) stood up and got scolded by the security guards cause we blocked the people sitting behind us ==' but silas, the lead singer of the band, jumped down from the stage and told the securities it was alright and we stood up again. lol. they did a remix on 'i could sing of your love', and it was cool~
next, jaclyn victor and juwita suwito came on stage and sang 'im gonna praise You(???)'. i saw faces that went 'walao' when they sang together XD
patrick leong came on next and sang few songs from the newly released albums, 'jubilee' and few more others. i was amazed at how high his voice could go up ^^ his singing was great/awesome.
juwito suwito came on stage again and sang a remixed version of 'angel' from the movie 'city of the angel'. that was when i started missing someone again. sigh. juwito was joined by jaclyn victor and after singing 'your eyes is on the sparrow' together, juwito went backstage and jaclyn victor shared her testimony with us.
i exited the hall early cause it was late already and i had to go online. i said bye to my friends and on my way out, i saw silas at the foyer. i was wondering whether i should say 'hi' to him or not, but my car was already waiting, so i had no choice but to get into the car without getting to say 'hi'. sad. lol. i wonder whether he sitll remembers me. its been nearly 9 months since i last saw him neh ^^

overall, it was a great concert. it would've been more better still if
someone had been there with me =)
